ABOUT NINA- As qualified chef of eighteen years I have worked in some of Melbourne's top restaurants. When it was time to start a family we moved from the city and I took the opportunity to launch Nina's Cupcakery, and never looked back!
I hold my certificate II in hospitality (kitchen operations) and my business is registered, and meets with the Food Standards Code (FSANZ) , so you can be assured you cakes and cupcakes are being produced to the highest standards in a kitchen that comply`s with all food safety standards.
